Two-meat plates with smoked brisket and our famous Elgin sausage is the standard meal. This includes barbecue sauce, beans, potato salad, pickles, onions, bread, tea, and condiments. Be sure to ask about substitutions or additional meats such as St. Louis-style ribs, pepper lime chicken breasts, pork steak, and barbecue turkey breast.

Steak and Potato Dinner Plate, includes: 10 oz ribeye steak (precooked weight) or pork steak, baked potato, butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, dinner salad with choice of two dressings, bread, tea, ice, plates, cups, fork packets and condiments.

Of course, no matter how much savory meat you eat, there’s always that little bit of extra room for a sweet ending. Choose from peach cobbler or banana pudding.
