Beef Chili

3 lbs hamburger meat

9 cups water

1 15oz. can tomato sauce

9 Tbsp Meyer’s Three Mistake Chili seasoning

Brown hamburger meat. While browning, place water, tomato sauce and chili seasoning in a pot. When hamburger is done, drain and add to pot. Bring pot to a boil, then reduce to simmer, cooking 30 min. Stir every 5 min.

For thicker chili, cook an extra 15 min. or add 1 Tbsp of flour to 3 Tbsp. of warm water in a glass or bowl and stir until mixed. Add to chili while stirring. Cook an additional 5 min., stirring every minute.
