Cranberry Walnut Turkey Salad

3 lbs Meyer’s smoked turkey breast

6 Tbsp chopped walnuts

3/4 c. dried cranberries

2 c. mayonnaise (regular or fat-free)

1 tsp lime juice

Chop turkey breast in a food processor. Add cranberries to chop last 20 seconds. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well. Makes a great sandwich spread!
